Exquisitely crafted in 14K white gold, it showcases a gray half-round cultured pearl at its center, surrounded by 24 shimmering white round brilliant cubic zirconia ( cz ) gemstones set into the pendant bail, body, and drop for added light scattering effect. A grey half round cultured pearl set in a dangle drop setting at the bottom of the lavaliere completes the enchanting presentation.
